There are times when you’re in a relationship with another person, and you have to admit to yourself that it just isn’t working anymore. Luckily for Rob, this is not one of those times. He lives happily with his lover, collaborating music, taking turns washing the dishes, taking strolls on the boardwalks together while the sun sets, having silly bouts of arguments over nothing that end in them kissing and making up, and living with the love, care, and friendship that is given by the other.

There are times when you’re so unbelievably sad, but everyone in the entire world seems to pass you by with out even recognizing the hurt that’s clearly evident in your eyes; as if you’re invisible. Rob has to thank whatever’s listening that this is not one of them, as he lays sprawled out across the couch, unable to form the words needed to tell Brad he really doesn’t know why he’s so depressed. Brad doesn’t mind though, he tells him so as he runs his fingers; in a gentle soothing manner, through Rob’s hair with one hand, while the other has a soft reassuring grip on Rob’s left hand. Brad will wait as long as it’s needed, and help out as much as he can to get Rob to smile again. He really does love it when Rob smiles.

There are times when you feel that the people that you care about will still accept you no matter what, so you tell them about the relationship you have with someone. But having Chester and Mike walk in on you as you’re in the process of getting laid, really isn’t one of them. At least that’s what Rob and Brad think as they scramble to disentangle from one another and find their clothes, swearing that they can “explain everything.” all the while fully aware of Chester dragging a shocked Mike out into the livingroom by his elbow.

There are times when you’re different from the norm, and that’s “unacceptable” and “wrong” to the people you find yourself surrounded by. As Rob and Brad proceed to tell the guys about their relationship together, they’re near tears because they’re so damn happy that this is not one of them.

Artixan:Probably my favorite story out of the ones that I've writen so far. I think, it's short, sweet, and to the point. You laugh, you cry, and you be happy! No not really. Though I do hope you laughed. Anyways. This one is good, even if it is short. I like how it turned out.
