Brad stood almost silently on the empty sidewalk at some obscenely late hour of the night in a city that he couldn’t remember the name of, staring up at the night sky, waiting.

Home isn't pretty, ain't no home for me...’ Brad hummed quietly and slowly began to spin in small circles.

He loosely swung out his arms and sped up his spins, letting his quiet hums become just a little bit louder

Brad stopped spinning and began to swing his hips and tap his feet to the beat of the song playing in his head.

He was about to begin spinning again when a voice stopped him.

The voice whispered the song into his ear as arms wound their way around his torso.

I'm burnin', I'm burnin', I'm burnin' for you.” Brad sang the last bits of the song with the voice of the arms who hugged him.

“I was starting to think you forgot.” He said quietly, shifting his head to look at the person behind him.

“Like I could forget about you.” They responded.

Brad chuckled placing a hand gently ontop of the hands that were clasped together at his front.

“Chester got super drunk. I had to help Phe and Mike get him back first.” The other explained quietly so as not to disturb the peaceful quiet that surrounded them.

“Ah, that sounds like fun.” Sarcasm dripped from Brad’s lips. He could feel the vibrations from the quiet chuckles that escaped the body he stood in front of.

“And, you know, I couldn’t help but watch you a bit.” They stated in a playful tone.

Gentle kisses where placed all around the base of Brad’s neck as the two stood quietly beneath the inky night sky.

“I love you.”

Brad smiled and turned around to face the person, and wrapped his arms around their torso.

The two stood silent for a bit enjoying the warmth emanating from each other in the caring embrace. Brad lifted his head and gently placed a kiss on the lips of the warm affectionate person holding him.

“I love you too Robbie.”
